Make a referral

If you are a provider and would like to refer your client to the Kinard Center, please contact us through the options below:

New providers

If this is your first referral to the Kinard Center, please contact us at (919) 228-8797. We will set you up with a secure portal for making referrals.

Established providers

If you have previously made referrals to the Kinard Center, please follow these steps to make a new referral:

  • Sign into the secure portal

  • Click “Forms” on the left navigation menu

  • Locate the “Kinard Center Referral Form” and click “Complete Form”
