Consultation

Interested in getting support or feedback, but not on a regular basis? Request a consultation or informal “check-in” to discuss whatever questions you have about you or your family member’s communication.

First-time consultations are free.

Who needs a consultation?

You can think of consultation appointments like a brief visit with the doctor: we’re here to chat with you about your questions and guide you to resources that may be useful. You may find a consultation helpful if:

  • You want guidance on what services to seek out

  • You or a family member has ongoing therapy services elsewhere, such as at school, and you would like third-party feedback on how things are going

  • You or a family member no longer needs regular therapy services, but you would like an occasional “check-in” appointment to get feedback on how things are going

  • You or a family member would like guidance on a specific need or situation that does not necessarily require ongoing therapy services
